unloaded.
Meanwhile I rebooted the machine and of course, the driver was gone, so I'm=

now looking for a way to load - or reload - it automatically.=20

Thank you again, I feel much better !

Still no scan possible, still 'no device available', even as root :-(

Hello,
As I said in former message, I reinstalled the whole fedora, and yes ! the
wireless is still working :-)
Now that I am sure I have a 'virginal' fedora, I tried to launch sane and
Xsane as root and as normal user : 'no device available'.
The export SANE_DEBUG_EPSON = 128 ... returned aga
-4
xsane-0.91-1
sane-devel-1.0.8-1.ximian.1
xsane-gimp-0.91-1
So, to me, as far as I know there is no sane to remove, I might porobably have
the two versions somewhere - the old one that comes with fedora, and the
recently installed 1.0.13 - but my knowledge of linux is not good enough to
c
k.=20
None of the 2 scanners is detected when I start XSANE.
Any help welcome, I'm rather new in linux, so my question might sound
stupid but I am really stucked.
Thank you
