I'm trying to get Sane going on Solaris 9. I have an HP ScanJet 4p SCSI, and have modified sgen.conf and enumerated the device. However sane-find-scanner does not seem to search for the device. sane-find-scanner: searching for SCSI scanners: sane-find-scanner: checking /dev/scg0a... failed to op

As far as I know there is currently no SANE support for USB for Solaris. If I remember correctly, nobody has yet asked for it or implemented it. > Does SANE support the libusb or Javax.usb API's and if so, which one is > more mature. If not - then what are my alternatives. Actually I believe Ph
