Hi all,
To get my new Canon Lide 210 working I compiled sane-backends-1.0.22
from the sources.
At the end of the scan (with xsane 0.997 on Debian Squeeze) the scanner
bumbs into a hard stop. The following patch fixes this:

Hi Cecilia,
I recently pushed some changes to the git repository, I'm not sure if
they will help, but please give them a try and let me know if your
scanner is still having problems.
If it is still not working properly, could you send me two log dumps
from the working and non-working versions:

Hi everyone,
I know it's been a while since I've pushed some Avision updates, but
today I've got a few I've been working on for sometime but haven't found
the time to commit.
The changes which are of the most interest are probably:
1) Added Gray mode support for Kodak i30 and i40.
2) Fixed HP 8
roduct number. That line should look like this:

It should not be required to reboot the machine. Just restart your
frontend application. Unless, you had to mess with device permissions
via udev or hal (or whatever). Those sometimes require a reboot.

Hi Alejandro,
Sorry for my poor English.
I have a problem when scanning with source ADF, using Avision 122 scanner .
For every sheet the scanner pulls, the rotor goes up and down, causing a big
delay.
The behavior that has the scanner with the original driver is as follows:
The rotor goes down,
