network IP scanner device. I have downloaded version 1.0.20 but cannot get it

Here is what I have done..
First set env as follows:
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/sfw/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
CFLAGS
a a servlet.
