Hi, I have a Epson RX500 scanner/printer and wonder what could be wrong on Ubuntu Interpid when the scanner is only found with the epson backend and not epson2 or epkowa. The debug printout suggests that epson2 has found the driver but somehow the backend is not offered anyway. Debug output fr

Hello everyone, I seem to be having some problems with a Cardscan 800c. Using 1.0.19 on both CentOS 5.2 and SlackWare 12.1 returns similar results. libusb is current on both. I have used/built the provided packages (from Fedora 10) and the tgz from the sane ftp. One one computer with an Intel
