Hi,
The hp5590 backends needs a config file but it doesn't have one
currently in CVS.
I guess it's just missing, so if anyone knows what a good default
config file for hp5590 should be, please go ahead, otherwise I'll add
whatever I can come up with :)

Upon opening Xsane 0.991, it scans for devices and finds my ScanMaker
4800. Then, selecting the scanner and clicking OK brings up an Error
window reading "Failed to open device 'sm3840:libusb:002:003':Access to
resource has been denied." What can this mean and how do I fix it?
