I got some output only with PRISA5150. The scan is not full, I only got

I can't compile sanei_tcp.c under cygwin.
function sanei_tcp_read() is using MSG_WAITALL that is undefined on this
platform
possible workaround : add the define MSG_WAITALL if __CYGWIN__ is defined
is this the right solution ?
