I edit the snapscan.conf file and add the firmware copied from windows
driver.
Then i try 'scanimage -L', it found the epson 1270 scanner in
'libusb:005:006'.
But when i try to scan the photo, it failed.

The firmware f
# Samsung SCX-4521F
SYSFS{idVendor}=="04e8", SYSFS{idProduct}=="3419", MODE="660",
GROUP="scanner"
Tested using backends version 1.0.18. Recognised my scanner as 3670c (mine is
the same, but also has slide adapter). Writes "Error during device I/O"
Hi.
When I scan a photo with:
$ scanimage --mode Color > photo.pnm
, it comes out striped and faded, and I get the output:
[gt68xx] gt68xx_afe_cis_auto: setting exposure reached limit
. Can anyone suggest a possible solution?
It's an USB Boeder SmartScan on Debian Sarge.
Thanks in advance f
