I am currently owning Packard-Bell Diamond 1200 Plus (48-bit true color
scanner). It works mostly fine with gt68xx back-end but then
comes but.. Page length is correct (A4) but width is something like 10cm
or less. One can't even scan over that point.. Secondly page seems
to be somehow strech

Is there any way one can access the scanner feeder through SANE APIs?
None of the exisitng APIs looked it could do so?
Any help in this regard would be appreciable as I am terribly stuck on
something due to this.

What exactly is meant by batch jobs with respect to scanners? And what
all source options are valid for batch job capability?
Why doesn't SANE have a standard for source option names? Wouldn't it
become easier for everybody, whether backend or frontend, if the
source options have standard

I have just commited a one-liner fix for MD6471 hangs. I expect it
to improves the HP2300C behaviour. Can you check that with the version
previous thix fix that 2 subsequent scanimage hangs, by going in
sane-backends/backend and doing:
