I'm not aware of any Mac OS X client that can 'talk' to a sane backend
on a Linux backend.
My scanner is a Mustek 1200CP+ flatbed parallel port scanner.

Hi. Is there any news / development work being done on the HP 4470c
scanner. Does anyone know anything about it? It has USB AND parallel
ports, and a negative adapter for scanning photo-negatives. Does it
share an 'engine' with another scanner? Is it genuine HP?
