I've added a new backend for TECO / Relisys scanners.
Currently it only handles the Relisys RELI 2412.
It should also work with the following scanners:
AVEC 2400 (VM3520)
AVEC 2412(VM3520+)
AVEC 4800 (VM4530)
AVEC 4816 (VM4530+)
RELI DS6 (VM3420)
RELI DS15 (VM3440)

Hi everyone!!
After a few months of fiddling and much help from the list, I finally
got my Plustek scanner working. I'm as happy as a pig in mud!
Thanks to everyone who has helped, especially the guys who have
developed the SANE package and to Gerhard and others who have done the
plustek stuff.

Hi Henning,
thanks for the tests, some of them cover my observations
but I currently can't say why this happens...
Even it's a problem while processing the configuration file,
it's not good to have these segfaults.
I'll check this out later this week.
If you need assistance while tweaking the B
