Hi Everyone!
I've been playing with MATLAB and Octave for a while now to introduce
my students (AP Computer Science and AP Calculus) to the world of
Scientific Computing.
Our computer lab has just undergone a significant upgrade and my
students are now interested in learning to program a cluster
Is this a python program independent of Sage or is it meant to be run
in a Sage notebook()?

benefit from upgrading to a 64bit OS (ubuntu or gentoo?)
first, then installing the 64bit Sage tarball?

Just wondering, since Octave is bundled with SAGE, is MPITB also
included?
This is a library whereby you can interface Octave functions with MPI
over a cluster.

Hi everyone,
I've been using clemix this entire school year so far in my "Intro
Discrete Math" class. My students login and do their work there
every
single day. I have an account there too and they can share
Hello All!
First of all, thanx for all the great work you do making SAGE such a
great resource. My students and I love it!
I've used online SAGE servers and SAGE live Linux CDs over the years
in class and at conferences. I recently started using the 32bit SAGE
binary for Ubuntu 10.04 Desktop an
I have the SAGE binary installed on 25 Ubuntu boxes in my classroom.
I wonder if there's anyway to use this as a cluster to run python code
in parallel? I recall some work to that end some time ago with dSAGE
and the @parallel decorator. However, dSAGE has not been part of SAGE
for a while and, a
be fixed?
