[sage-support] Saving sage output?

Please note that I am a complete noob here. I've tried to find the answer myself, but don't know quite where to turn. I wanted to save the output of a brief script. I used the logstart instruction, 'logstart -o filename'. This seemed to give me what I wanted - the response to this instruction

[sage-support] WARNING: Output Truncated!

When I try to run a simple, iterated function with notebooki(), I get the warning that my output has been truncated. Hoping to find more information, I tried using 'search_doc("error messages"), which apparently just repeats the last error message. How can I find the significance of this warning
