The problem observed could be caused by interference
from some anti-virus software. See a discussion at

Try setting any anti-virus software on the host machine
to leave Sage alone.

check that you got a complete download
- to do so, you need to verify its MD5, which must

To do this, open command prompt, change to the folder where
SageMath-9.1-Installer-v0.6.0.exe is located, an
YES, I DONWLODED WITH INSTALLER, AND HAVING 1TB HDD, STILL ITS NOT
DOWNLODED, ANO NOT SHOWING ANY ERROR. SUDDENLY DISAPPEAR.
