Hello, GAP in SAGE-1.4 is not compiled if CFLAGS contains space (I had some problems related to this variable too to compile CLISP in older version of SAGE, I always needed to use my system CLISP): echo $CFLAGS -O2 -mtune=k8 Part of the log: Building and installing gap-4.4.8 make[2]: entrant d
