I would like to use the sagenb online version of sage. On that home page, there
is a login choice or a choice to use one of many openids. Is it possible to
register for the vanilla login, or to check if I have previously registered
under some other username in the past?

I just installed Sage 5.12 (VirtualBox VM) a couple of days ago. I can't
get the Live Tutorials to work. For the Sage Notebook page I click "Help"
then "Tutorials" and get the error Server error
