It's complicated. See the "mirrors" page on http://cran.r-project.org/. One could pick the server closest from Washington network-wise and designate it to serve Sagemath cloud, but I'm not sure it's optimal, wise or even acceptable for load-sharing reasons... Not sure this helps, alas... -- Em
