I am using the sage 3.2.3 notebook. I am using it in python mode and
am having trouble with sympy:

x = var('x')

When I click on "view the tutorial" from sagenb.org, I get some funny
error message about proxy servers. Is the problem with my ISP, or is
it at the notebook server end?
