Why are you planning to build a framework for "numeral systems" (I'm
not sure what that means, by the way)? What is the motivation for
_you_ doing this? I think explaining that would be extremely helpful
in evaluating this proposal.

thoughts written down. A draft of the possible class hierachy can also

If you have any comments on those things or anything that should be
also included in that framework, then don't hesidate to post them.
