Hi, I can confirm this with Ubuntu 9.10 (the beta of the next one) using gcc 4.4.1. The line says: make[6]: Leaving directory `/home/harri/sage/sage-4.1.2/spkg/build/ r-2.9.2/src/src/library/base' /home/harri/sage/current/spkg/build/r-2.9.2/src/bin/exec/R: /home/ harri/sage/sage-4.1.2/local/lib/
