For Linux users, the following works, but I by no means guarantee that it is the cleanest or safest manner to achieve this. Remove the folder pyOpenSSL-0.12-py2.7-linux-x86_64.egg/ from under local/lib/python2.7/site-packages in your sage installation. Grab the tar.gz from PyPI as suggested by D
