[sage-devel] Coloured blobs on tickets

The patchbot puts a blob on ticket http://trac.sagemath.org/ticket/13615 which to me looks dark grey and hence bad news. But when I click on the blob I see the page http://patchbot.sagemath.org/ticket/13615/ which has a green blob saying "tests passed". Is there a reason for this not to get merge
