It is failing to build a lot of them on our system, and it should not
build any of them because we already have prebuilt or preinstalled
packages for those.

I didn't realize this whole issue was this involved. It's certainly

For now I think there is nothing wrong with registering
`NumberFieldElement` as `numbers.Numbers`, see
