There were 27GB of apache error and access logs going back years, so I
deleted them:
15M trac_sagemath_org-error.log.1593388800
14M trac_sagemath_org-error.log.1593475200
16M trac_sagemath_org-error.log.1593561600
17M trac_sagemath_org-error.log.1593648000
14M trac_sagemath_org
I'll figure out how to fix this right now.

I am getting the following error trying to generate a merge on trac, it looks
like a full disk?
Failure to create temporary git repository clone for merge preview of
cbd2319dd12d941deede5b1550e6e5b686f2468a: Cloning into '/tmp/tmpCL92Zh'...
done. error: unable to write file build/pkgs/rw/distr
Also the "giac" build error is confirmed.
On the other hand "r" and "suitesparse" build successfully.
To reproduce the build errors that you reported, information about
equivalent distribution packages needs to be added to
build/pkgs/*/distros/void.txt

I can already confirm a build error in the ecl package.
You may want to try with ticket https://trac.sagemath.org/ticket/22191 ,
which makes a major update to ECL.

Thanks. I have added gettext-devel to build/pkgs/void-bootstrap.txt on the
ticket.
"tox -e docker-voidlinux-standard" is now beginning to build Sage. I'll let
you know if it reproduces the errors that you reported.

Do you have an example of using pip to compile and install such a binary.
I've spent quite some time trying to find whether it was possible to use
pip for this and couldn't find anything.

Does adding
libltdl-devel python3-pkgconfig gettext-devel
help?

Thanks. I have put your changes on the branch of

You can now test using:
tox -e docker-voidlinux-standard

Dear list
Due to various reasons I haven't been able to keep up to date with the
development of Sage. However, I still use Sage in my research and mainly
various of my co-authors use Sage. Our workflow often consists of me
writing some external programs (usually in C) and additional several Python
