I've had a small annoying problem that just became a big annoying
problem. On a kernel with CONFIG_VM_EVENT_COUNTERS unset, sage spits out
a warning every time I start it:
/home/mjo/src/sage.git/local/lib/python3.7/site-packages/psutil
/_pslinux.py:489: RuntimeWarning: 'sin' and 'sout' swap me
They should be placed as close as possible to the continued fraction
functions; all persons using the Minkowski question mark function also want
to use continued fraction.

Dear sage-devel,
Pierre Arnoux asked me whether Sage provides Minkowski's
question mark function and Conway's box function.
Not finding any existing implementation or related discussion,
I cooked up two functions, and opened a ticket:
- Provide Minkowski's question mark function and Conway's box
