Dear sage-devel,
Can anyone give Isuru Fernando access to a macOS computer so
he can debug package dependencies for the conda packaging of
Sage? While the Linux conda package built fine, there's an issue
with the macOS package dependencies for SageMath 8.9.rc0.

Dear developers,
It appears that since a long time [*] the deprecation
warnings raised from Cython code are not printed on screen
(both in console or Jupyter). If you have any hint from
where it might come from, please help on ticket #28500.
[*] at least Sage 8.4 from October 2018
