you can set SAGE_A
Dear all,
PartitionsGreatestEQ(n, k) returns the set of integer partitions of n with
maximal part equal to k. Do we want that PartitionsGreatestEQ(0, 3) has
cardinality 1, containing the empty partition?
This is at https://trac.sagemath.org/ticket/27331

Otherwise I am in uninstall/reinstall hell.
pacman -S sagemath

Yes and that does work.

But without sage installed, it just uses the “local” script ./sage to do
the 1-shot?

TO some extent, configure would have to be run first if you starting from
scratch.
But I was thinking of the following sequence.
* build normally with SPKG_CHECK
* build breaks at linbox.
* Do a one shot install of linbox
* resume build with make until the next issue.

But will this work without a prior installation?

In the unpacked linbox subtree: spkg-install? src/linbox-auto-install?

Yes from the log it seems like there is an issue between openCL and C++11.
linbox uses an older macro for c++11 detection so the standard flag is not
added. I honestly think it may be an upstream bug in the testing code.

sage is not yet able to use a system installed linbox.
You could install linbox as a one shot without testing with
sage and resume make.

There is a native linbox I can install. Will do so and reconfigure. Is
there a way to use the stuff compiled to that point, or do I have to start
again?

Yep. Wanted to check subsystems before putting package together.

Anyhow, I don't think anyone tried OpenCL with Sage's linbox...

Dear Sage people,
we have an opportunity to organize some Sage Days in Nigeria (university of
Ibadan). These would be targeted mostly at local people of the university
of Ibadan and other Nigerian universities. We have a local contact who is
in charge of all the practical aspects.

In ticket #23024 we made pplpy and independant package with gmpy2 as return
types.
As opinion for having pplpy returning Sage's type has also been expressed,
the goal of this message is to check
if we globally agree to pass pplpy and gmpy2 as standard packages.

I just realised that `Compositions` and `IntegerListLex` do not seem to
support generation of lists whose entries are in a specified set. I admit
that I'm not sure it would be worth it.
