[sage-devel] make download includes optional packages

Hello, I was trying to download packages before starting the build, and apparently make download pulls huge optional databases as well, which makes it pretty useless. It seems to me that in the past it worked fine, so - is it a bug or a deliberate recent change?.. Thank you! Andrey -- You r
