Probably the best option provided
Currently, not without logging in as me. I plan to move it to the sage
math account, so anyone there can restart it. I'd also like to
decouple it from trac being so slow (which would also be nice to fix),
as this is the underlying problem.

I've gone ahead and made this into #11549, and I've taken the liberty
