what do you mean with "terminal"?
If you want to write and print arabic text from Sabily Linux, you can use
OpenOffice and print using CUPS

Perhaps, he need to make a direct printing from terminal to his application.
I'm usually using lpr
But, I've never used an arabic text with lpr before.

What about mlterm? it exists under our ppa:
https://launchpad.net/~sabily.team/+archive/ppa I don't try it but I think
it respond to this need.
