I suggest you three propositions for the name because the Ranger thing
sounds very US-Texas-south_border-Mexican thing :

"Sabily Commanders" , perhaps .. or "Sabily Command Team" "فريق قيادة سبيلي"
(since it's decision's team).
Hint: i think about adopting names (translators, designers, coders...)
related to the "road" context, since it's "SABILY" (my way) .. what do you
think.

Sabily Ranger name is very good for me but it looks similar to the not good kid
movie icon "Power Rangers". Or maybe Sabily Ranger can attract kid to know
about Sabily?
But it only name, maybe it ok to use it.
