"Sabily Commanders" , perhaps .. or "Sabily Command Team" "فريق قيادة سبيلي"
(since it's decision's team).
Hint: i think about adopting names (translators, designers, coders...)
related to the "road" context, since it's "SABILY" (my way) .. what do you
think.
