Personally, I think that the Sabily name should stay. Perhaps add a line
somewhere in the documentation, which states that Sabily is based on Ubuntu. If
you dig deeply enough on Ubuntu, you will come across the phrase that Ubuntu is
based on Debian. So, it would be a similar

still opt for Sabily. Unless, if we plan to create official ties with Mark
(especially canonical) and happens to be a joint venture (JV), why not?
