accurate as far the gap with existing methods of troubleshooting. Some
feedback below.

grown tools, vendor tools provide a fairly comprehensive appr

AFAICT you are defining a new transport.
If you really are proposing new information, you need to provide clear/specific
examples.
I would be very surprised to find that the information you define is not
already available (or could be made available) via a management data model.
