Not creating folders on destination

Hi, I'm looking for a way to synchronize files without creating any folder on destination. Just "feed" any existing folder on destination side with files. Here is an example: Imagine I have that source : a/ a/x.txt b/ b/y.txt And that I have this destination : a/ a/z.txt The wanted result of "rs
