Not trying to sound harsh or anything but this issue has been discussed at
length in the list over the past 3 years. PLEASE search through the
archives. When searching try searching on the word ROBOCOPY as that is an
often suggested means of handling windows ACL's.

Hi Guys,
I have found that rsync does not have full support for
windows ACL while replicating files between two windows machines. Rsync uses
cygwin dll to retrieve ACLs, which does not provide the complete support. To
achieve the same, I have modified both cygwin and rsync source so tha
