This might be a connection-closing problem totally outside of rsync's
control. See the Issues and Debugging page for how you can do some
detective work to find out for

I am having trouble
running an rsync script using cron. When I run these commands from the
command line, they run fine. I have upgraded the rsync version to the
latest one (2.6.7) on both the source and backup machines, but am still getting
these errors. Can you please advise?
