Error list -- Log checking script

I'm using rsync-2.4.6 to sync web content between AIX boxes and Perl to check the output of the log files (from the --verbose option) for problems/errors encountered during synchronization. Anyone aware of a list of possible errors that could be reported back/encountered? i.e what regular express

Dave, Thanks much. Up and running & logging successfully with rsync in daemon mode. One general question - what's the benefit of using rsh/ssh as transport versus using rsync in daemon mode? Also , I've received a error similar to the following multiple times -- what might this be indicative
