Also, do I need the 'z' if I have a gigabit network? I think it would
put more strain on the filer than necessary and actually slow transfer
time.

command it removed everything under /rebel-sdc01
and put all the data under assp420 there; I wanted it to just put
assp420 under it.

7, source and destination are both on a
NetApp filer. Seems to run without incident but du's on both
directories show a 40MB difference.
Is this normal? Thanks.
