I need to restore 1 server to another and need a

Heres what I would like to do is restore a server from #1 to
#2
* Rsync the following files and folders to server2 from server1
exactly where they are on server1 so /etc/file.conf on server1 goes to
/etc/file.conf
I need to eagerly get this done, and with some help from Danny, I think we are
