Well, the mac pro is set up that it had 2 shared drives that the windows connects to. like so. Mac Pro > Raid & Share < Windows VM. the mac pro holds the files and the windows vm works with the files. I was under the assumption that rsync does bi-directional syncing. - Rama, Michal Suchane
