But :
- the internal OpenPGP parser has been removed so rpm/rpmpgp.h saw a lot of
changes
- there's a new rpmdsIsSysuser() function
- there's a new rpmMacroBuf class with the associated API
- …
This should be listed.

There's a bunch of error messages that report "gpg failed" type information
regardless of what too was used.

When rpm stuff was moved into sub project these two file have been overlooked.
Similar to python I added them now in perl-rpm-packaging and they should be
removed here.

Hmm, I have no idea what that test failure means and I don't think it's related
to my changes. Changes haven't to do anything with gdb. Only perl involved, no
binary.
