I am working on amorphous silicon oxycarbide,
typically Si Cx O2(1-x), and the changes in composition and structure occuring
under heat treatment i.e. pyrolysis from 1000°C to 1500°C. I use
Rietveld method for structural refinement and quantitative analysis. This work
