I agree with Dimitri that this is a great idea from Paolo, but also with Daniel
since ILL now has only 150 beam days per year due to our re-building programme.
Previously we did run a "rapid access" system on the ILL powder machines, but
we stopped this along with "Director's Discretionary" beam
