It's possible it's in your other patterns, too, but because you don't have
much background in those, you'll have to look very closely to see anything.
I agree it's likely to be a detector issue.

It is possible you need a new detector cable. Try flipping the detector upside
down or adding a strain relief to see if it makes a difference.
