There are diferences between analyse a farmaceutical compound (powder) in
transmission mode or reflection mode (bragg brentano),mainly in fase
analyse (vestigial phases for exemple) ?
The transmission mode give us more information ?

After observing a loss of intensity in the data collections, I demounted the
primary Huber Ge monochromator crystal of my Bruker D8 advance diffractometer,
and checking it under a binocular microscope I observed it is oxidized.
Somebody who experienced such a mess, eventually have any
