Ive set the ulimit to unlimited,
Diagnostic returns this rather large error:

There's some extensive info on the wiki about ulimit [1]. Also, riaknostic
[2] has a check for ulimit and, in general

Anything in error logs? Last time this happened to me I did not have ulimit
-n set to a high enough number
