There might have been a momentary blip, but
'curl -O http://apt.basho.com/gpg/basho.apt.key'
fetches the file fine for me now, so give it a try.

Our apt and yum repos run on s3. There may have been a momentary blip. I was
able to pull down the apt key without issue. Our datacenter maintenance would
not affect this.
