Review Board development, engage in Q&As, help beta test the product, and

Can you verify that your logged-in user (shown in the top-right) matches
the owner of the review request?
Certainly it shouldn't show the buttons if you're not able to use it. There
may be a bug here. However, you shouldn't be getting an HTTP 403 in this
case.

This is in part due to a bug in a third-party library we're using.
Review Board 7 will be out soon, and removes this dependency, moving to a
more modern and maintained library that thankfully resolves this.
