I am planing to install RPM's for Xfree86 3.3.5 which depend on glibc-2.1; I
heard that Updating glibc on a running system used to be a little hairy,
because rpm itself depended on glibc. Is there a rpm in red hat that is
linked statically.
Can anyone please let me know what is the process I h
1) I have got Xfree86 3.3.5 working but only at 1280X1024 resolutions,
for lesser resolutions I get DISPLAY problems (screen is too large).
At 1280x1024 its hard read, is there a way to increase the font size?
or adjust the resolution without the DISPLAY problem. Any other suggestions
